Kidanimo sells a box containing a bracelet and a card with an activation code, together with access to the related digital experience (tracking map, games, colouring, quizzes, certificate).

The adoption is symbolic: it grants no ownership over an animal. No animal is captured, kept or moved for this product.

Movement data comes from existing scientific programmes. Availability of a given animal may change; a replacement animal is then offered free of charge.

Prices include all taxes, in the currency shown on the sales page. Shipping is free.

The total amount payable, including taxes and fees, is shown before the order is confirmed.

The order is binding once payment is validated. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the address provided.

Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout. Payments are handled by an authorised provider; we store no card data.

Dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours. Estimated delivery within 7 to 10 business days.

If delivery has not occurred within 30 days of the order, the buyer may terminate the contract and obtain a full refund.

Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the box to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right, email contact@kidanimo.com with your name, order number and your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but are not obliged to.

Model form: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for order no. …, placed on …, name of consumer …, address …, date …"

Goods must be returned no later than fourteen days after notification. Return costs are borne by the buyer, except for faulty or non-conforming goods.

Refunds are issued within fourteen days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we refund any order on request for thirty (30) days from receipt. This commercial guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, statutory guarantees.

The buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under the law of their EU country of residence.

Access to the digital experience is activated by email as soon as the order is validated. It is included with no subscription or recurring fee.

Immediate delivery of digital content before the end of the withdrawal period does not prevent a refund of the box under the conditions above.
