Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from receipt of your box to change your mind, without having to give a reason.

Time limit
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from the day you take physical possession of the box.
Kidanimo's commercial guarantee extends this period to thirty days, without reducing your statutory rights.
How to notify us
Before the deadline, send a clear statement to contact@kidanimo.com or use the model form below. Include your order number to help us process the request. You will receive an email confirmation.
Returning the box
Return the box no later than fourteen days after communicating your decision, to the address we will give you in our reply.
Return costs are paid by you unless the product is faulty, non-conforming or Kidanimo made an error.
Refund
Kidanimo refunds the amounts due no later than fourteen days after being informed of your decision, using the same payment method as the order. The refund may be withheld until the box is recovered or proof of dispatch is supplied.
Code already activated
The physical bracelet remains returnable under the conditions above. However, if you requested immediate performance of the digital service during activation, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that service once the code is activated.
